Cary Stancil

Cary Stancil who heads up our Richmond office has been in the insurance Industry for over 14 years. Starting with John Alden as a marketing representative for small groups 2-50 and individual health. At John Alden Cary was in charge of marketing products to VA, DC, MD and Del, and when he left he was the number one marketer for John Alden for the entire east coast division.   In 2002 after leaving John Alden Cary started Assent Marketing with Partner John Norce to focus on life insurance marketing.  At Assent Cary quickly made a name for himself as a leader in the market to help give advisors solutions to their client’s life insurance needs.  In 2006 Assent changed over to American Life Marketing to which Cary became vice president.  At ALM his focus has been the financial planning market to provide solutions for Life, DI, LTC and Annuities.  Cary has become a specialist in the advanced markets for life, DI and annuities, working on many estate cases and advising many brokers in the executive/physician market for DI.

Cary currently lives in Powhatan, VA with his wife Lisa, 2 sons and Darcy their springer spaniel, who is at the office everyday assisting with marketing.  When not in the office Cary is slamming a racquetball around for exercise, chasing a golf ball (usually side to side) or he is coaching/chasing his boys around on the soccer field.
